Tosha “BabyDoll” Martin is a pastor, CEO, and transformational thought leader committed to helping women move from brokenness to breakthrough.
Drawing from her own journey through adversity, she leads with a rare blend of faith, resilience, and strategic vision. As the founder of Tomohawk Homes, she is developing faith based transitional housing designed to support long term recovery through structure, community, and spiritual growth.
Her work focuses on restoring identity, rebuilding lives, and creating sustainable pathways forward. Through her leadership, Tosha is building initiatives that not only transform individuals but also strengthen families and communities for lasting generational impact.
Tosha is also the voice behind BabyDoll Martin’s It’s My Turn Podcast, host of Happy Hour Live, and founder of the Limitless Ladies movement, encouraging women to rise in faith, leadership, and purpose.
At the center of everything she does is a simple belief:
God redeems every part of our story and uses it to bring life to others.
Tosha lives this mission alongside her husband, Darrin (“Wrangler”), as they continue building ministry, family legacy, and spaces where people encounter the healing power of God.
Limitless Ladies is a community for women in the DFW area, virtual and in person, centered around connection, faith, and mutual encouragement. Whether you’re joining from home or around the table, this is a space to be yourself without judgment and to grow alongside sisters who get it.
Virtual Calls: June 4th, 11th, 25th
Gathering: June 20th
