CEO | Pastor | Transformational Leader | Founder

Tosha “BabyDoll” Martin is a transformational leader, pastor, and entrepreneur devoted to helping women move from survival to significance. As the Founder and CEO of Tomohawk Homes and Kashapa, she leads faith-based initiatives that provide safe, structured homes and life restoration for women rebuilding their lives.

Known for her bold faith, powerful storytelling, and vibrant personality, Tosha carries a message of redemption that comes from lived experience. Her journey includes overcoming profound adversity, abuse, addiction, loss, and near-death illness, yet through every chapter she discovered the redeeming power of God to restore what was broken and turn pain into purpose.

Today, Tosha uses her voice to ignite hope and transformation. She is a pastor, worship leader, podcast host, speaker, and life coach, sharing biblical truth with authenticity, humor, and compassion. Her message reminds people that every story, no matter how messy, can become a testimony of God’s glory.

Beyond the platform, Tosha is building a growing network of transitional homes through Tomohawk Homes, creating environments where women can heal, rebuild, and step into the life God designed for them. Her leadership blends spiritual authority with practical strategy, equipping women with faith, accountability, and life skills for lasting transformation.

Tosha is also the voice behind BabyDoll Martin’s It’s My Turn Podcast, host of Happy Hour Live, and founder of the Limitless Ladies movement, encouraging women to rise in faith, leadership, and purpose.

At the center of everything she does is a simple belief:

God redeems every part of our story and uses it to bring life to others.

Tosha lives this mission alongside her husband, Darrin (“Wrangler”), as they continue building ministry, family legacy, and spaces where people encounter the healing power of God.
